About Me

I am a 20-year resident of Oakville, and a lifelong dog owner. I have owned English Setters,
Rottweilers, Briards and Great Danes. Yes, I like them big. But I also adore them small! I have also been involved with many different animal rescues and charities, including Ontario
Bloodhound Rescue, Danes in Distress, Underground Railroad Multi Breed Transport, Helping Animals Live Over Seas (HALO) and Isla Animals both located on Isla Mujeres Mexico.

I worked in the corporate world for years, and know the stress of leaving my beloved family member with someone that both I could trust and my dog enjoyed spending time. My favourite time of the day was walking and playing with my dogs and that is when it dawned on me… this is what I should be doing, living life for what I am passionate about!

I gave up the grind of the commute and a busy desk job to engage my passion for animals. To love them, spend time with them, to care for them, even if only for a few hours each day. To know that I am giving joy to an animal while relieving stress on their owner is a joy to me. Rest assured should you decide to entrust me with your valuable fur baby, that I would look after her or him as though they were my own.

I am bonded and insured, and up to date with the Saint John Ambulance Pet First Aid Certification, so rest assured both your home and your companion are safe with me!
